the top half has been dipped in a cow parsley/onion/tealeave dye + tartaric acid for a couple of hours, resulting in a pale yellow with a few brighter spots
the subtle change in color is masterfull. like organic things happen...like looking into some kind of flower...but there, the shading is reverse...or maybe? it's an ocean thing.... beautiful. you are very very good at the dye......
thank you Dru, I think, no am certain I will be dyeing more with this wicking technique, sideways, any which way, I'm guessing the effects will be surprising and perhaps beautiful as well
