'the lord is righteous in all his ways' ps.145:17a

I'm afraid I am not a believer; I found these two goose feathers this morning on my daily-dog walk; they mirror eachother perfectly; on our way back home I wondered how I would display them and walked into my lean-to and, in a flash, I saw the box I made long ago from an old drawer and two armrests would be just perfect, I drilled two holes for the feathers and hey presto! Above the box a thriftshop find with the biblical quote, it came into my posession from  a close friend who passed away, so for that reason it is dear to me. Together a statement containing a kind of spirituality.

hi Nancy, thank you for all your lovely comments! I revisited the meadow, it was still beautiful and peaceful; I wear the feather vest a lot and the dye-experimenting continues, I love the surprises it brings and my first Jude-class-experience is absolutely great, I think I will follow another class. Since 'discovering' the bee swarm I have spoken to a beekeeper, who explained to me you can 'scoop' a wild hive and so domesticate them, I wonder what the people whose house is closest to this wild beehive have done about it.

your feather find is to me
what butterflies are.

why not just plain ones?
maybe solid colors to attract
what needs to be attracted?????

but Nooooo.
these just so amazing thrilling
masses of color and pattern....

SOME THING must be "behind" it all

Grace, who knows, I have no real answers, just an inkling of a feeling of a lust for life......
